Lynlee Weber, LICSW received her Masters of Social Work in 2014 from Wichita State University, where she previously earned a BA in Liberal Arts in 2008. Since graduating, Lynlee has worked in private practice, as well as a comprehensive reproductive and sexual healthcare clinic, community mental health crisis services, acute inpatient psychiatric facilities, and with criminal defense teams. Lynlee is a Master ART Certified practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

In January 2023, Lynlee and a colleague began the Non-Capital Mitigation Consultation Hour, a free monthly nationwide consultation service for non-capital mitigation specialists to consult on difficult cases/clients and provide a forum for networking. 

Currently, Lynlee provides individual therapy through Lent Ear Therapy and also provides mitigation services to criminal defense teams and other types of court reports through her business Mighty Mitigation. 

Lent Ear Therapy is a DBA of Mighty Mitigation LLC. ​​
